Transfer of Domain Registration Agreement      .


This Transfer Agreement  is made by and between Website Handler!, hereinafter “webhandler.com”,

and____________________________________ whose address is_________________________________________,

hereinafter the “Customer”, collectively the “Parties”, dated this _____day of ______________, 20___, and simultaneously executed therewith.

Whereas the Customer desires to transfer the registration of a domain name, the Parties agree as follows:

1.  The Customer will remit to webhandler.com a transfer fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per domain for each domain to be transferred from/to the webhandler.com Customer to the Transferee designated by Customer.  Customer agrees to transfer____ domains for a total fee of $________. Customer agrees that this transfer fee is non-refundable.

2.  The method of payment will be:____________________ (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashiers Check, Western Union Money Transfer, Bank Draft, Cash).  If Customer chooses to pay the transfer fee by Credit Card, Customer hereby authorizes webhandler.com to charge Customer’s designated Credit Card the amount set forth in Paragraph 1, hereinabove.

3.  Customer agrees that the transfer transaction consists of three elements: First, Customer must remit to webhandler.com the transfer fee. Second, Customer must establish a new user account on the webhandler.com interface located at https://www.webhandler.com/newuser.htm for each transferee that is to be a recipient of one of Customer’s domains. Finally, Customer must list, using the format provided herein below, each domain to be transferred and the user account to which the domain is being transferred.

4.  webhandler.com only processes transfer requests from 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Further, webhandler.com will only accept transfer requests that meet the following three requirements:

  • forms must be submitted and signed by the registrant of the domain name
  • forms must be notarized
  • forms must be sent via facsimile transmission to 1-209-254-7783

*No other form of submission will be accepted.

5.  In consideration for webhandler.com conducting this change of registration, I warrant that I have read, understand, and accept this Domain Name Transfer Agreement and Website Handler! terms and policy located at http://www.webhandler.com/website-terms.shtml / http://www.webhandler.com/website-policy.shtml said agreement and dispute resolution policy are incorporated by reference into this Transfer of Domain Registration.
