What is my incoming mail server?

Your incoming mail server is your domain name,
For example: mail.yourname.com or mail.yourname.net or mail.yourname.org

What is my outgoing mail server?

Your outgoing mail server is the same as your incoming mail server -above, except if you are to use the one given to you by your Internet Service provider (ISP). (The place that you dial up or connect to, to get on The Internet).

How do I transfer files into my web folder?

Files can be transferred into you web folder via ftp software (using: ftp.yourname.com, .net, .org, etc.) You can download CuteFTP or WSFTP for free from http://www.tucows.com or http://www.davecentral.com.

What is my login name and password?

Your login name and password to your web folder is given to you by webhandler.com When you establish your account.

What is my E-mail name and password?

Your E-Mail name and password are the same as your FTP name and password and are given to you by Website Handler! when you establish your account.

How do I move my domain name?

In order to move your domain name, you must go to whomever you registered it with (networksolutions.com, register.com etc.). And choose change the ISP. It will then ask you to enter the domain name servers that are listed in question 1.

What forms of databases do your servers support?

Currently our servers support Mysql, PostgreSQL and a lot more.
